Transfer Requirements from Universities and Colleges |
• Saudi Nationality or Non-Saudi from a Saudi mother. • High school graduate (natural sciences or equivalent, but the date of his graduation from high school at the time of application not more than two years). • The combined percentage of admission to university in the year of his high school graduation is achieved. • The English language test result: TOEFL, IELTS or STEP(+75). • The student must have spent two semesters at a recognized university . • The student was not dismissed academically or disciplinarily. • The application of the transfer terms does not mean acceptance of the student and the application will be submitted to the competent committee for decision and opinion. Documents required for transfer - Copy of National Identity (Saudi Nationality) - Copy of Iqama and National Identity copy of the mother + Passport copy (Non-Saudi from Saudi mother) - Copy of High School (Natural Sciences) or its equivalent - The latest transcript or degree signed by its issuer in a sealed official envelope. - If the applicant was on leave of absence, he or she must report his or her break, as the break should not exceed one academic year. - If the transfer application is accepted and the applicant is an employee, the following: (Provide proof of the employer's consent to his scholarship, his discharge from work during the period of study at the university, or resignation from his job) The required GPA for the initial presentation to the Committee • Universities (from within the Kingdom) - After two semesters - Not less than: 3.50 out of 4 or 4.5 out of 5 • Universities (from outside the Kingdom) - After two semesters - Not less than 2.5 out of 4 • Saudi Aramco Scholarship Program (CDPNE) - Completed the program in full (Graduate of the program) - Not less than 2.5 out of 4 |
