After completing graduation in any one program and obtaining the Diploma degree, the following is required:
1- Saudi National or Non-Saudi from a Saudi Mother
2- Graduate from High School or International Curriculum (Natural Sciences)
3- Join the DCC within the three semesters from the date of his high school graduation.
4- The date of obtaining the secondary certificate should not exceed 4 years at the time of graduation from the college.
5- Minimum required GPA is not less than 3.5 out of 4
6- Apply to university directly after graduating from college
Transfer to the KFUPM only after completing diploma program with the conditions described (1 to 6). A student cannot transfer from Dammam Community College to King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals during the preparatory year.
