Admission's Regulations

Dismissal study:

The student is suspended from university for at least one semester if any of the following condition are found:
• If the student has a GPA less than (1.00) in any semester
• If the student receives an academic warning or warning in a semester and achieves a quarterly average in the next semester of less than (1.75) out of (4.00)
• If the student receives three consecutive academic warnings
 

Dismissal study in the preparatory year:

The student is dismissed from the preparatory year program in one of the following cases:
• If the student has received a failed or DN grade or has been credited twice in a row in the same English or mathematics courses
• If the student does not complete all preparatory year program courses within a maximum of half the period to end the preparatory year in addition to the duration of the program

Important note:

The student who has been suspended from school may apply for Re-Admission at least one month from the beginning of the semester following his suspension, and the Academic Admissions and Standing Committee considers the possibility of re-accepting the student to study after the suspension period.

Semester Postpone System:

The student may apply for a postponement of the study for an excuse accepted by the University Council, provided that the duration of the postponement does not exceed two consecutive semesters, or three semesters in a row (maximum), for the duration of his stay at the university, and then fold his restriction thereafter, and the University Council may if necessary the exception.

Academic segregation system:

If the student receives an academic warning (Probation) in 3 consecutive semesters, the student dismisses from the university academic semester and is not entitled to apply to resume studying for the university again.
